The pictures are of previously painted and sold chest of drawers to give you an example of how you can customise your chest of drawers.
However we have other similar vintage and pine drawers available (pictures 2 to 9) or can source a particular style/size to be custom painted to your requirements. Please note we may not be able to get an exact match on one that we have previously listed.
We can send colour charts via email. We can also send colour charts in the post and up to four sample sticks should you need these once you have purchased. Please ensure these are requested as soon as possible after purchase.
Please be aware there is a 4-8 week turnaround on painted items (depending on work load).
There is also a choice of knobs/cup handles available should you wish to change the existing ones (we can send pics of the knobs available via email) or we can source particular knobs according to your requirements. You may also provide your own.
We have various stencils to choose from or can source alternatives to your requirements.
Our aim is to produce a unique, hand painted bespoke item finished to your specific requirements.
Mineral paint is a tough hard wearing paint that wipes clean with soapy water. However, should you knock your item or get marks that are hard to remove all our painted items come with small pots of paint and associated products for any future ‘touch ups’ should you need it.
CONDITION
All our items are in solid structural condition. Exact age unknown. Please note: We buy/source good quality previously owned items of furniture and therefore they may have imperfections. Most of our items are sourced for painting purposes.
We sand out most imperfections where possible/appropriate but there may be some slight imperfections that remain.
Please note that we do not take returns on custom painted items or issue refunds once work has been commenced on your item.
DELIVERY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The price also includes delivery to most central locations on the UK mainland. However, please note that Scotland, Wales and some other areas of the UK may incur additional cost. Please check if there is an additional cost before purchasing. The courier’s deliver to specific areas at specific times so the courier cost has been based on the courier being in your area. If you are unable to take delivery on the specified day there may be an additional charge to re-schedule an individual delivery which can be very costly.
Please also note most couriers operate alone so you may need to assist in helping the courier off the van with large/heavy items. We also need to be aware if there are any steps/stairs up/down to your property.
Most couriers only deliver to ground floor level. If you live in a flat or require the item taking up internal stairs you may need to get assistance yourself as many couriers do not have insurance for taking items up stairs.
If you are unable to assist the courier with getting your item into your property there will be an extra charge to provide a two person courier service. You must inform us if a two man team is required prior to purchase so that we can obtain a quote and inform you of the additional cost.
